Is there a free plan?

Yes. Teams of up to 2 people use Zoliax for free, with the core workspace and without a credit card. Bigger teams pick a paid plan.

Can we bring our work from another tool?

Yes. Import items from a CSV export (Jira and Trello exports are recognised), or start from a template and move your active work over in an afternoon.

What does the AI Assistant cost?

It is free during early access. It uses your own Claude key, so you only pay Anthropic for what you use.

Can we change plans later?

Any time, from the Upgrade page in your account. You see the plans side by side before you pay.

Where is our data?

In your own workspace, on servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU). Private files are never public, and you can export your projects as CSV.
