Every workspace is backed up every night; restores are tested every week.

Download a full copy at any time, or delete the workspace for good.

We never see or store card numbers.
Questions about security
Where is our data stored?
On Oracle Cloud servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU). Each workspace has its own database; files are stored privately and only served to signed-in members.
Who can see our work?
Only the people in your workspace, with the roles you give them. Our team only looks at a workspace when you ask us to help.
Can we require two-step login?
Yes. The owner can require two-step login for everyone; sign-ins without it are refused and logged.
Do you have certifications such as ISO 27001?
Not yet. The technical measures on this page are in place today; a formal certification is on our roadmap and we will say so here when it is done.
What happens when we leave?
Download a full copy (database and files), then delete the workspace. It is removed for good; one last backup is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
