How Northwind closed four tools in a month

Northwind ran planning, reporting and customer notes in four places. Moving them onto one surface took four weeks — and gave the operations team their Mondays back.

Northwind is a logistics company of 180 people. Before Zoliax, the Monday meeting started with fifteen minutes of finding the right numbers in the right tab.

The team moved one part of the company at a time: first the roadmap, then the weekly report, then the customer accounts. Each step replaced a tool instead of adding one.

Four weeks later the meeting starts from one page. "We stopped arguing about which number is right," says COO Marta Kovač. "Now we talk about what to do with it."
