- What data the app uses
- Your question, plus the titles, descriptions and comments of the cards and events you may see that the answer needs. For @AI on a card: that card, its checklist and its last comments. With CRM Plus: deal titles, ticket titles and invoice totals needed for the answer. When you ask about people, leave, payroll or finance: the facts needed for the answer (names, dates, amounts). Bank accounts, tax numbers, passwords and keys are never sent. Each of these questions and each confirmed decision is written to the audit log.
- Where it is kept
- Sent from your own site straight to Anthropic (api.anthropic.com) with the site’s own API key, under the site owner’s agreement with Anthropic. Nothing goes through or is kept by Zoliax.
- Security
- It never changes anything by itself: every change waits for Confirm or Apply and then goes through the same permission checks as the normal pages. Card text is treated as data, not as instructions.
