- Deals, tickets, knowledge articles, purchase orders, expenses, payments and the clients, invoices, quotes, files and logged time they point at, on your own site.
- Where it is kept
- On your own site. The licence check sends only your site address and key to the licence server. If the workspace Assistant is on, questions and the CRM titles and totals those answers need go to Anthropic with the workspace’s API key — same as cards and events.

- Signed licence tokens; portal links are hashed. CRM records stay on your site unless someone asks the Assistant about them. Ticket opens and replies wait for Confirm.
