Zoliax already bills clients. Incoming Invoices is the other direction: a supplier bill, a PDF, a due date.
Approve is the Pro unlock
Anyone can log a received bill. Owners and admins approve, mark paid or export a CSV. After the trial the list stays; approve, pay and export need a licence.

Link a cw_client as the supplier, or type a name. No second vendor book.
