Set up company sign-in (SAML)

Let your team sign in with your company login (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud and other SAML 2.0 providers). On Business and Enterprise.

Before you start

You need access to your company’s identity provider and to the DNS of your email domain.

Steps

1. In your workspace, open Company → Set up company sign-in.
2. Add your email domain and add the TXT record we show to its DNS. Click Check now.
3. In your identity provider, add a SAML app with the metadata address, Entity ID and reply URL we show. Use the email address as the Name ID.
4. Paste your identity provider’s metadata address (or its issuer, sign-in URL and certificate) and save.
5. Switch it on. Optionally require it, and let colleagues join on their first sign-in.
6. Click Test company sign-in now.

Signing in

On the sign-in page, people click Sign in with your company (SSO) and enter their work email.
