Invite people and set roles

Add colleagues to your workspace and choose what they can do.

Invite

1. Open Team.
2. Type their email address and choose a role: admin or member.
3. Click Invite. The invitation is valid for 7 days.

Change a role or remove someone

In Team, open the menu next to a person. Removing someone ends their access right away; their work stays.

No room?

Every plan allows a number of people. When it is full, invitations wait until you remove someone or pick a bigger plan.
