Bring your team in

Zoliax gets better the moment your team is in it. Invite people, give them a role and show them where to start.

Invite people

Open Team in the menu.
Enter their email address and pick a role.
They get an invitation; one click and they are in.

Roles

Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. Admin: people, settings and every project. Member: the work they are part of.

Projects add their own roles on top: leads, members and viewers.

The first week

Ask everyone to set a photo and turn on two-step login; agree which board is the team’s home; post one announcement with how you will work.
