Admin, roles and security

For owners and admins: who can do what, how people sign in, and how to see what happened.

Two-step login

Everyone can turn on an email code or an authenticator app in their sign-in settings. The owner can require it for the whole workspace.

Company sign-in

On Business and Enterprise, connect your company login (SAML): prove your domain, add Zoliax to your identity provider and switch it on. See the Help center article.

Audit log

Account → Audit log shows sign-ins, people, security and settings changes, data, exports and billing. Filter it and export it as CSV.

Your data

Company → Your workspace data: download a full copy, or delete the workspace for good.
